Land at Lyde Green Farm

Ongoing project to bring forward reserve strategic allocated land at Emerson’s Green/Lyde Green.

We currently have a detailed application pending for 398 new homes, which can be found at the following link and planning reference: P19/1275/F.

The location of the listed farmhouse buildings in the centre of the site has necessitated a bespoke and sympathetic approach to the design and layout, we have also used 3D modelling to understand the relationship of development and the listed buildings. A preview video can be seen below.
