A key aspect of our strategic sites is planning for the future, we aim to provide sustainable development which creates a sense of place while working in harmony with the environment. Through the use of innovative new technologies and quality master planning with input with leading sustainability consultants we are able to deliver developments of the future which not only achieve current standards but achieve standards which are emerging for years to come.

We aim to ensure Home energy usage will be delivered to zero carbon standards and carbon emissions will be reduced through whole system thinking approaches. In this context, net zero carbon homes will be homes where the GHG emissions associated with operational energy usage (the energy required during the entire service life of a structure such as lighting, heating, cooling, and ventilating systems) will be reduced to zero through a range of design, construction and technological interventions (e.g. air tightness and PV panels). Design and layout measures will be incorporated to minimise demand for energy for heating, cooling, lighting, hot water and power.

The above paired with green space, character and sustainable transport methods will provide residents with the homes of the future. A place which enhances and nestles with the character of its surroundings.
