Our 33-dwelling scheme at New Town, Toddington received planning permission from Tewkesbury Borough Council November 2016. We worked in close connection with the landowner and the council to develop a proposal that is sympathetic to the existing surrounding buildings and character area. We selected an appropriate regional housebuilder so that this could be properly achieved.
The site has been sold to Newland Homes who have a trusted reputation for building sensitive, bespoke new homes using local and traditional materials.
Construction has now started and the showhome is now open.
